Shyrdaks are available in bright colours and earthy tones, decorated with a range of traditional motifs. They can also be custom made according to your personal specifications, i. e. colour, shape and size.

The arresting motifs of the Shyrdaks are derived from the rolling wilderness of the mountain steps of Kyrgyzstan. They depict flowers, eagles, mountain goats as well as the sun, moon and jagged mountain ranges. A Shyrdak is said to bring luck and fertility.

In Switzerland, our products are sent to a specialist company for gentle cleaning with neutral soap, as well as a treatment providing protection from moth infestation.
